Mebajeona is home to approximately 30 broodmares, chosen for their pedigree and performance. Our emphasis is on maintaining well-bred quality mares - the likes of which can - and do - produce a very good horse every so often. Our versatile group of mares are either well performed themselves or well related to Classic and Group winners within and outside of India.

Our imported broodmares, bred in the USA, UK, Ireland, Germany etc., include mares by leading broodmare sires like DARSHAAN, RED RANSOM, RAINBOW QUEST, ZAMINDAR, RAHY, ROYAL ACADEMY, DIESIS, CADEAUX GENEREAUX etc.

Alameda (Amadeus Wolf ex Bombala by Cape Cross)

Multiple black type performer. Ran 2nd in two Group races as a 2YO to subsequent classic winners. Beaten half a length in the Golconda 1000 Guineas, Gr2 and lost the Bangalore Oaks, Gr2 by a neck.

Alberetta (Rebuttal ex Tourmalet by Night Shift)

Multiple winner over sprints in Bangalore, she is a half sister to Indian Invitation Cup, Gr1 winner and Champion Indian Stayer TINTINNABULATION. Other black type half siblings are Albertini and Merlot.

Arabian Queen (Win Legend ex Ayamaras by Razeen)

Four time winner and classic placed Arabian Queen is half sister to Gr3 winner ABBEVILLE. Her dam is full sister to the Indian Invitation Cup, Gr1 winner SIMPLY SUPREME.
